A Jacksonville native, Tim has always had a vested interest in the city that raised him. Being a local has afforded Tim the opportunity of witnessing Jacksonville expand and grow into the magnificent city it is today. Tim acquired his Bachelors of Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of North Florida. He currently practices as a Nurse Anesthesiologist in the greater Jacksonville area. Real Estate has been a passion of his since childhood. Like many others Tim initially began his investing career in residential real estate. Witnessing the potential commercial real estate offered In regards to positively impacting local businesses while making a positive footprint on the cities landscape made transition into commercial real estate an easy decision. Tim now lives out his dream by facilitating a cost conscious work environment as well as helping fellow business owners pursue their entrepreneurial endeavors.
